La CITPPM est partenaire du projet européen MICROORC – Orchestrating food system microbiomes to minimize food waste

The aim of micOOrc is to reduce waste of perishable foods in retail and households

18 partners from all parts of Europe will work together to develop preservation technologies and accurate and dynamic date labeling. By orchestrating and predicting the food microbiome, less food will be wasted. The solutions will support future needs of European citizens for enough, safe, healthy and tasty food, meanwhile aiding a green transition.

The micrOOrc project addresses the call topic HORIZON-CL6-2023-FARM2FORK-01-16: Fair, healthy and environmentally friendly food systems from primary production to consumption, and has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme under grant agreement N° 101136248.
